@Xavier if you have your own insurance you can apply to waive out of the health insurance through Student Health and Counseling Services, please visit their website for the forms and deadlines
Lucrecia Ceruti
03:47:45 PM
@Oscar loan won't pay unless you accept them and complete the loan requirements. If you don't accept them or leave them as offered they won't disburse. My recommendation is if you don't need them, leave them as offered in case you need to accept them later.
AJ Erenshey
03:48:18 PM
what is title IV Fund authorization?
Lucrecia Ceruti
03:48:33 PM
@Oscar, you can accept your loan any time during the academic year before the last day of instruction
Arianna Rose Ahmed, Financial Aid Officer
03:50:28 PM
@AJ The Title IV Fund Authorization is a way to determine how your financial aid will apply to your billing. No matter what your aid will automatically pay for tuition and housing charges, but if you select Accept then you will authorize your aid to also go towards other charges like printing, library charges, etc. To decline it means it will only pay towards the required charges like tuition and housing fees posted to MyBill
