Navigating Transfer Resources (Transfer Applicants)

This workshop is designed for prospective Fall 2025+ Transfer Applicants.

During this interactive webinar, you will:

• Learn about CCC pathways like AD-T, IGETC, CSU GE Pattern Certificate
• Navigate essential transfer tools like ASSIST.org, UC TAP, TAG Matrix
• How to create an effective transfer educational plan

Resources:

• If you are interested in applying to any UC campuses, you must create a UCTAP account and keep it up to date every semester.
• It is NEVER too early to create a UC TAP account but it CRITICAL to complete it with accuracy.

This workshop is through an online platform. The session will be recorded and uploaded on UCD TOP's YouTube Channel. Space is limited, so please secure your space by registering in advance.
